Epsom and Ewell Housing Association is an independent housing association with charitable status which provides high quality accommodation for older people. The Association is managed by a Board of Management composed entirely of voluntary members who receive no payment for their work.

The Association’s properties are situated in St. Martin’s Avenue and Worple Road, Epsom which is an area of attractive housing within a conservation area and is less than ten minutes walk from Epsom town centre. We provide warden support and a 24-hour emergency alarm system.

The principal objective of the Association is to provide housing for older people with limited means. Priority is given to people who have a local connection and are living in rented accommodation or occupying service tenancies

If you wish to apply for accommodation, please check the “Can I apply” section or contact The Housing Officer, Tel: 01372-748558 or email: office@eeha.org.uk
