THE ASSOCIATION’S HOUSING STOCK
The Association owns 91 one-bedroom and studio flats located in four buildings; Kavanagh Court, Coulthurst and Jeal Oakwood and Oakwood.
As part of our ongoing refurbishment programme, we are converting studio flats into one-bedroom flats with walk-in showers and energy efficient heaters. All our properties provide a 24-hour emergency alarm system.
